Immigration and Visa Translation

You have a document, an embassy, and a date. We do this every working day from our Lahore office.

DOCUMENTS

What we translate for visa files.

Birth, marriage and death certificates. NADRA records, CNIC and FRC. Academic transcripts, degrees and HEC attestation documents. Police character certificates. Bank statements and salary slips. Property documents and affidavits. Employment and experience letters. Medical reports. Court judgments and powers of attorney. Divorce decrees and custody orders.

WHY IT MATTERS

Why files get refused.

Almost never because the translation was bad. Because a name was transliterated differently from the passport. Because a date was converted from the Islamic calendar wrong. Because the certification statement was in the wrong form for that consulate. Because a stamp on the original was left out of the translation. We check all four, every time, and you see a PDF proof before you pay so you can check your own name yourself.

COMMON PAIRS

The pairs we run most.

Urdu, Punjabi, Pashto, Sindhi and Persian into English, German, Italian, Spanish and Arabic. If your document is handwritten, old, or a phone photograph, that is normal here and we work with it.

ACCEPTED WHERE

Accepted where it counts.

FAQ
How do I get a quote?

Send us the file, the languages you need, and your deadline, through the quote form, by email, or on WhatsApp. A person replies within 12 hours with a price and a delivery date. There is no account to create and no card to enter.

What does a translation cost?

It depends on six things: word count, how rare the language pair is, how technical the subject is, how fast you need it, how complex the source format is, and whether it needs certification. We do not publish a rate card because a rate card would be wrong for most of the work we do. We do publish exactly what moves the price, on our process page, so that our quote is never a surprise.

How fast can you deliver?

It depends on the language, the subject, and the format, so we do not publish a table. When we quote, we give you a date, and that date is a commitment in writing. If your deadline is not achievable at the quality we work at, we say so at quote stage rather than at delivery.

What file formats do you accept?

Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, plain text, RTF, and the usual localization formats including JSON, XLIFF, PO, RESX, and strings files. Scanned documents and photographs of documents are fine, and are common for certified work. You get the translation back in the format you sent it, with the layout intact.
