What we need from you.
The audio or video, the languages, and whether you need verbatim or clean read. If you already have a timed subtitle file in the source language, send it: translating into an existing timeline is faster and cheaper than starting from the audio. Tell us the character limit per line and the reading speed you work to, or we will use broadcast defaults.
What file formats do you accept?
Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, plain text, RTF, and the usual localization formats including JSON, XLIFF, PO, RESX, and strings files. Scanned documents and photographs of documents are fine, and are common for certified work. You get the translation back in the format you sent it, with the layout intact.
