Certified Translation
Our translation, on our letterhead and under our stamp. Accepted by the embassies of ten countries we will name, rather than a vague claim about all of them.
What you actually receive.
Accepted where it counts.
Our certified translation has been accepted by the embassies of:
Requirements differ by country, by consulate, and by document type, and they change. Tell us where it is going and what it is, and we will confirm what it needs before you pay rather than after it is refused.
What we certify most.
Birth, marriage and death certificates. Academic transcripts, degrees and HEC attestations. Police character certificates. Court judgments, affidavits and powers of attorney. NADRA records, CNIC and FRC. Bank statements and property documents. Medical records. Employment letters and experience certificates.
What we do not do.
France operates a sworn translator system: only a translator registered with a Court of Appeal, attending in person, can certify a translation for French authorities. That is not something a distributed network of linguists can satisfy, so we do not offer it, and we would rather tell you now than take your money. For every other country on our list, our certification is what has been accepted.
How it runs.
Quote
Send a photo or scan of the document, tell us the embassy and the deadline. We confirm the price, the date, and exactly what that embassy requires.
Translate
A native linguist who does certified work in your pair. Not a generalist.
Review
A second linguist checks it. Names, dates and numbers are verified against the source character by character, because that is what gets files refused.
Proof
You get a PDF proof. You check your own name and dates on it. Then we issue.
Who sees my document?
The assigned translator, the reviewing linguist, and the project manager. Nobody else, inside the company or outside it. Every linguist in our network is under a signed non-disclosure agreement before they are given access to anything.
Will you sign our NDA?
Yes. Send it with your quote request and we will return it signed before you send the files. If you would rather use ours, ask and we will send it.
How long do you keep my files?
Thirty days after delivery, then we delete them. If you want them deleted sooner, say so and we will.
Tell us what you need translated.
Send the file, the languages, and the deadline. A person replies within 12 hours with a price and a person to talk to.
